Stress & burnout recovery coaching is available in English – in Rotterdam or online.
Approach: 3 phases
1. Slow down
Rest, relaxation and self-care come first. We look at your daily routine and make small, concrete changes to reduce pressure.
2. Gain insight
We explore what drains and restores your energy, and identify unhelpful patterns – like perfectionism or always saying yes. With more awareness, you’ll start making different choices.
3. Make changes
We focus on your strengths, values and options. What needs to change in your work or life – and how can you make that happen?
You’ll gain:
- Tools for re-energizing and recovery
- Healthier ways to deal with stress
- Insight into your patterns and how to prevent burnout in the future

About Selma
I live in Rotterdam with my husband and our Spanish rescue dog. A walk around the Kralingse Plas, dinner with friends or a good film at Kino always brings me joy.
Before becoming a coach and trainer, I worked as a lawyer for 12 years at one of the largest Dutch law firms and later I joint a real estate organization as a board member (legal). In 2015, I changed direction to follow my passion for personal development.
As a coach, I’m involved, analytical and intuitive. I’m driven by a strong social motivation and by the puzzle behind every coaching question.
